Team Members
Franklin Ivy – I am a devout family man who along with his wife Kelly, has been blessed with two wonderful boys. Together we dedicate our spare time to helping raise the kids, coaching our oldest son in sports, and entertaining family and friends. I have been in the residential home market for 15 years buying and renovating homes. I look forward to working with you.
Eric Land – I married Melissa in 2016, we were joined together in love and our passion for helping people in real estate. We enjoy being active parents, volunteers at our church and other organizations, and running our successful businesses. I was introduced to real estate when I sold homes for a national homebuilder and fell in love with helping people enhance their lives through homeownership. This love led me to obtain my loan officer license and I helped people in this capacity for a few years. I am now looking forward to advising you on your unique situation.
Melissa Land – I married Eric in 2016, we were joined together in love and our passion for helping people in real estate. We enjoy being, active parents, volunteers at our church and other organizations, and being owners of multiple companies. As a licensed agent, I have decades of real estate experience. Eric and I were introduced to real estate in the same way, I sold homes for a national homebuilder and found tremendous success. I was promoted after a few years to a management position where I learned in-depth about the residential home industry.
